All Kinds of Exciting!!!!
Hi everybody!! We really enjoyed seeing all of you at the Jamboree this past Saturday! I wish that we had live-blogging capability so we could bring you the action live, as it was happening, but now we have to rely on my memory, and the few sketchy notes I scribbled down between cheering.
Everybody looked really great in their uniforms, especially the midgets! I love those new burgundy jerseys!
Okay- the scores I remember:
Pee-wee's score was 13-7...Alcoa won.
Midgets score was 7-6...Alcoa won.
I never did get the grasshoppers score, so if somebody could fill in the details, you can leave it in the comments section.
There are pictures posted in the photo album of all the teams in one big mish mash! Search through them and find your favorites!! There are also Friendsville scrimmage pictures posted.
We'll get the season schedule posted as soon as we get it!

I'm working on it!!!
I'm working really hard to get all the teams covered, but there's only so much of me to go around!! :-) I'd love to have volunteer reporters and photogs, if you are interested, or anybody else, for that matter. There are a few grasshopper pictures in the Jamboree photo album. I'm sorry those got all jumbled up.
I also apologize for not having any more pictures of the grasshoppers than we got that day, but the camera battery died. That, and some of the rockfordtigers.com staff were weary from being in the heat all day, so we really do apologize to all the grasshoppers for the lack of coverage.
You can all post anything you want to in the forums. I really appreciate your enthusiasm for the teams!!
