Big game tonight for the Pee-wees... Big Win tonight for the Pee-wees!!!!

Rockford Tiger Pee-Wee's won their playoff game tonight against Southside (Lanier) by a score of 27-7!!! Everybody played a huge role in tonight's win, and the whole team should be very proud!

We got a little video tonight, special thanks to Katie Diemer, who took control of the camera while the rockfordtigers.com staff was having personnel problems... (misbehaving kid!!) We'll get that up as soon as the A/V dept doesn't have homework.

On the way home form the game, I received a text message from team mom Chris (who is doing much better!!) and she told me that the Superbowl game for the Pee-Wee's is Saturday morning at 9am. Yep. An early morning game. (We may bring bagels again.) It will be played at Maryville High School. If you need directions, let us know and we'll get some posted in the forums. Oh, and the opponent... The Maryville Cubs. They played us really hard last year in play-offs and beat us, so there's no reason to think because we've beaten them once this year that they will roll over and let us win again.

The Rockford Tiger Midgets are also going to the Superbowl!! Their game is at 10:45am.

We have been so happy to be a part of your season this year, and we're really happy that it has ended this successfully! Now, go out there and kick some booty and win, win, win!!!
